Our Merlot Anise wine jelly has a stronger wine influence. The Anise is very subtle and helps to add a special "Pop" to the Merlot. If you like Merlot but don't care for Anise we urge you to at least try it, you may be pleasantly surprised by this combination. It pairs nicely with a Toscana cheese and red or black raspberries.
Ingredients: Merlot Wine, Cane Sugar, Pectin (Dextrose, Fruit Pectin, Citric Acid), Lemon, Butter (Pasteurized Cream), and Anise.
